La Roche in puff pastry nb. de personnes6 persons  temps de préparation30 mn   

Ingrédients 1 Roche,
300 g puff pastry,
1 beaten eff yolk.
 La Roche en feuilleté
Recette Flatten the puff pastry and cut it up into 6 squares.
Cut your La Roche cheese into 6 slices all the same thickness.
Place a slice of La Roche in the middle of each square of pastry.
Fold over the 4 corners, pinching them to hold them in place.
Glaze with the beaten egg yolk.
Bake for 20 mins. in a warm oven (180°C).
Serve immediately.

Ingrédients 1 Roche,
300 g shortcrust pastry,
200 g sliced duck fillet,
1/2 l milk,
4 eggs,
aslt, pepper.
 Tarte à la Roche
Recette Roll out the pastry and use it to line a pie dish.
Place in the dish the cheese cut into small pieces and the duck breast in equal quantities.
Mix the milk and eggs.
Salt and pepper.
Sprinkle over the cheese and duck breast.
Bake in the oven at 220C° for 30 minutes.
