The fromagerie Guilloteau work under the           certification BRC since 2002 (British Retail           Consortium).



In line with European hygiene standards, it processed in 2007 29,2 million litres of cow's milk, 5,7 million litres of goat's milk, 873 milles litres of ewe's milk.
