1 apple and 1 pear cut into cubes
8 black grape seeds
8 green grape seeds
4 dried apricots cut in two,
8 walnut halves
wooden cocktail stick.

On
each wooden cocktail stick combine a cube of Plaisir with apple, pear,
grape, apricot or a walnut half.
Stick these mini-brochettes into the apples and pears in a fruit dish.
For
decoration :
A few lettuce leaves (oak leaf type), apples and pears of different colours,
a mixture of dried fruit (raisins, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews..) |
