Délice de fruit (fruit dish) with Plaisir cheese

Ingredients :
serves 8
1 Plaisir
1 apple and 1 pear cut into cubes
8 black grape seeds
8 green grape seeds
4 dried apricots cut in two,
8 walnut halves
wooden cocktail stick
.


On each wooden cocktail stick combine a cube of Plaisir with apple, pear, grape, apricot or a walnut half.
Stick these mini-brochettes into the apples and pears in a fruit dish.


For decoration :
A few lettuce leaves (oak leaf type), apples and pears of different colours, a mixture of dried fruit (raisins, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews..)

Delicious slices of bread with Pavé d'Affinois

Ingredients :

olive oil,
basil.

• wholemeal bead
1 cucumber
fresh chives.

• walnut bread, grape seeds.


• On crusty country bread, with tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil and basil

• On wholemeal bread, with cucumber and chives.

• On walnut bread, garnished with walnut halves and fresh grape seeds .
