Ingredients
:
. country bread,
tomato,
olive oil, basil.
. wholemeal bead
1 cucumber fresh chives
. walnut bread, grape seeds.

Sweet
or savoury ?
Being such a
soft cheese, Pavé dAffinois is equally tasty with sweet foods
like honey or jam or with savoury foods, seasoned with pepper or spices.

On crusty country bread, with tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil and basil
. On wholemeal bread, with cucumber and chives.
. On walnut bread, garnished with walnut halves
and fresh grape seeds |

| Potatoes

Ingredients
:

big potatoes
2 Pavés d'Affinois
nutmeg
parsley
|
Wash and wrap the potatoes in aluminium foil..
Bake in a hot oven (200C°) for 45 mins.
When the potatoes are baked, hollow them
and stuff them with finely diced Pavés d'Affinois.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and finely chopped parsley.
Brown
in the oven for a few minutes. |
