Mondial du Fromage: Our cheeses in spotlight !
Held every two years in the heart of the Loire Valley, the Mondial du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers in Tours is one of the most renowned international events dedicated to cheese and dairy excellence. Bringing together producers, experts, and enthusiasts from around the world, it celebrates innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional taste.
This year, Fromager d’Affinois proudly returned home with six medals, a true recognition of our commitment to quality and artisanal know-how. Among the honors:
- Gold medal for our beloved Le Campagnier, a rustic favorite known for its creamy texture and rich, earthy flavor.
- Three silver medals awarded to Le Fromager, Le Fromager Ail & Fines Herbes, and Le Fromager Truffes, highlighting the versatility and refinement of this iconic range.
- Two bronze medals for our indulgent Petit d’Affinois Triple Cream and Petit d’Affinois Double Cream, both in their convenient 150g format, perfect for effortless enjoyment.
We also want to celebrate all the talented cheesemongers who took part in the competition held during the Mondial du Fromage.
And above all, a huge congratulations to Emilia D’Albero, who proudly represented the United States and took home first place, a truly remarkable achievement !
