An Inspired Evening with Chef Jody Williams

Fromager d’Affinois USA recently hosted a special evening at Buvette Gastrothèque NYC alongside Chef Jody Williams and Edible Manhattan. Guests enjoyed a flavorful menu featuring some of our most beloved cheeses, from Truffle and Garlic & Herbs to our newest Petit d’Affinois line.

Chef Jody created a series of delicious dishes, including a Croque-Monsieur with Truffle, a creamy Quiche, and a beautifully baked Tarte Flambée. Each recipe highlighted the smooth texture and signature richness of our cheeses.
