Chicken Wings Dip with Fromager d’Affinois Bleu

Ingredients

Wings

  • 1 Pound Chicken Wings
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Blue cheese Dip

  • 1 cup Fromager d’Affinois Bleu ​
  • ½ Cup Crème Fraiche
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Dill
  • ¼ Cup Buttermilk

Buffalo sauce

  • 1 Cup Hot Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Worcestershire
  • ½ Cup Unsalted Butter

Directions

  1. Pat dry wings, and season with garlic, salt, pepper, baking soda, and olive oil. Mix together, and transfer to a wire rack position onto a sheet pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees until skin is crispy, and an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  2. Remove rind from Fromager d’Affinois Bleu ​cheese, dice, and place into a food processor. Add crème fraiche, salt, pepper, garlic, dill, and buttermilk. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, and reserve.
  3. Add hot sauce, honey, Worcestershire, and butter to a pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, mix, and remove from heat.
  4. Transfer wings into a mixing bowl, add buffalo sauce, and toss. Sprinkle wings with everything but the bagel seasoning.
  5. Transfer to a plate with blue brie green goddess dip, and garnish wings with chopped dill!
