Chicken Wings Dip with Fromager d’Affinois Bleu

Ingredients
Wings
- 1 Pound Chicken Wings
- 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Blue cheese Dip
- 1 cup Fromager d’Affinois Bleu
- ½ Cup Crème Fraiche
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- ¼ Cup Chopped Dill
- ¼ Cup Buttermilk
Buffalo sauce
- 1 Cup Hot Sauce
- ¼ Cup Honey
- ¼ Cup Worcestershire
- ½ Cup Unsalted Butter
Directions
- Pat dry wings, and season with garlic, salt, pepper, baking soda, and olive oil. Mix together, and transfer to a wire rack position onto a sheet pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees until skin is crispy, and an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Remove rind from Fromager d’Affinois Bleu cheese, dice, and place into a food processor. Add crème fraiche, salt, pepper, garlic, dill, and buttermilk. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, and reserve.
- Add hot sauce, honey, Worcestershire, and butter to a pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, mix, and remove from heat.
- Transfer wings into a mixing bowl, add buffalo sauce, and toss. Sprinkle wings with everything but the bagel seasoning.
- Transfer to a plate with blue brie green goddess dip, and garnish wings with chopped dill!
