Chorizo and Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager Madeleines

Ingredients
1.1/2 cup of Flour
1 tsp of baking powder
200g of
Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager
3 eggs
½ cup of Milk
50g of mild chorizo sausage
Salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Finely dice the cheese and chorizo sausage.
Mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt together in a bowl.
Add the
Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager
cheese and chorizo sausage using a spatula.
Pour the batter into mini-madeleine moulds, to ¾ height, then bake the madeleines in the oven for around 5 minutes (or until they start to turn golden brown).
Remove from moulds and serve warm as an appetizer.
