Fromager d’Affinois Crispy brie bites
Warm and creamy
Golden breadcrumbs enrobe each small cube of our double cream recipe. When warm, they crisp up to contain the gooey cheese within.
They are ready to warm in the oven or pan – or pop them in the fryer!
Cooking instructions:
• Pan: brown the mini cheeses in a pan without adding any oil or butter, over medium heat. Cook for 8 minutes and turn occasionally.
• Oven: preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the mini cheeses in a baking dish. Bake in oven 8 minutes.
• Fryer: preheat oil to 350°F (180°C). Fry the mini cheeses for 1 minute 30 seconds.
