Millefeuille with Mini Pavé d’Affinois Brin cheese
– 6 sheets of brick pastry
– 6 portions of Mini Pavé d’Affinois Brin cheese
– 6 slices of smoked bacon
– 60 g (4 tbsp) of tapenade
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the brick pastry sheets into squares around the same size as the cheese portions.
Place the pastry squares onto two baking sheets and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Fry the smoked bacon slices or bake in the oven to dry them out.
Cut the cheese portions into three pieces.
Stack two pastry squares on top of each other, then add a slice of Mini Pavé d’Affinois Brin cheese, the tapenade and a piece of fried bacon.
Repeat the above operation and top with a slice of cheese.
Thread with a skewer to secure the millefeuille.
