Baked Fromager d’Affinois Petit d’Affinois Black Truffle
Ingredients
- Fromager d’Affinois Petit d’Affinois Black Truffle 8.5oz
- 1 pear, sliced
- ½ cup of walnuts
- A pinch of fresh rosemary & thyme
- Spoonful of fresh honeycomb
Directions
- Place Fromager d’Affinois Petit d’Affinois Black Truffle 8.5oz into a baking dish, and score the top.
- Add sliced pear, walnuts, rosemary,thyme, and top with a spoonful of honeycomb.
- Bake in at 425 degrees oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve with toasted baguette and a pinch of Flaky Salt!
