Zucchini basil Samosas with Fromager d’Affinois Florette
Directions
- Preheat oven to 446°F.
- Cut zucchini into small cubes then sauté in a frying pan with a spoonfull of olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove the rind of Fromager d’Affinois Florette and mix the creamy cheese with the zucchini and basil in a salad bowl.
- Cut the sheets of brick pastry into three strips, then fold the strip from corner to corner to form a triangle.
- To bake: Place the samosas on an oven tray and bake for 6 to 8 min at 446°F, or in a frying pan with olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve as an aperitif or with a small salade as a starter.
