Double Cream Christmas Wreath
Ingredients
- 1 Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager
- Assorted cured meats (salami, prosciutto, etc.)
- Honey
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh figs, halved
- Apple slices
- Green olives
- Grapes
- Raspberries
- Edible flowers
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Star-shaped cookies or crackers
- Whatever you like
Directions

Create the wreath base
Place the wheel of Le Fromager on a serving board. Using a round cookie cutter or small bowl, carefully cut out the center of the cheese to form a wreath shape. -
Transfer to serving board
Gently move the cheese wreath onto your final serving board, making sure it stays intact. -
Add greenery
Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs around the top of the cheese to create a festive, wreath-like look. -
Build the layers
Arrange cured meats around the wreath, folding or shaping them into rosettes. -
Add fruit and crunch
Fill in the gaps with figs, strawberries, apple slices, olives, and any additional fruit or berries. -
Finish with festive details
Add star-shaped cookies or crackers, drizzle honey over the cheese, and include a small dish of honey on the board if desired. -
Serve
Bring to room temperature before serving. Slice, spread, and enjoy !
