Beef Yakitori with Fromager d’Affinois Petit d’Affinois Double Cream 5.29oz

Ingredients
- 12 slices of beef Carpaccio
- Fromager d’Affinois Petit d’Affinois Double Cream 5.29oz
- 3.4oz of soy sauce
- 1oz of honey
- 1.7oz of olive oil
- 0.7oz of lemon juice
Directions
- Cut the Fromager d’Affinois Petit d’Affinois Double Cream 5.29oz cheese into 12 sticks.
- Place a stick on each slice of beef Carpaccio and wrap the beef around the cheese. Thread the meat onto the skewers lengthwise.
Marinade :
- Mix together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Place the beef skewers in the marinade for 30 minutes.
- In a hot frying pan, sear the beef skewers on each side. Serve immediately.
