Zucchini basil Samosas with Fromager d’Affinois Florette

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C.​
  2. Cut zucchini into small cubes then sauté in a frying pan with a spoonfull of olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.​
  3. Remove the rind of Fromager d’Affinois Florette and mix the creamy cheese with the zucchini and basil in a salad bowl.​
  4. Cut the sheets of brick pastry into three strips, then fold the strip from corner to corner to form a triangle.​
  5. To bake: Place the samosas on an oven tray and bake for 6 to 8 min at 230°C, or in a frying pan with olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.​
  6. Serve as an aperitif or with a small salade as a starter.
