Honeyed walnut sourdough loaf with fig jam, prosciutto and Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager

Ingredients
- 1 slice of whole wheat & honeyed walnut sourdough loaf
- 1 tablespoon of fig jam
- A thick slice or two slices of Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager
- 3-4 thin slices of prosciutto
- A small handful of arugula
Directions
- Toast a slice of sourdough in a skillet with a little bit of butter over medium heat until it’s golden brown on both sides.
- Slather on some fig jam, a thick slice (or two) of Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager cheese, 3-4 thin slices of prosciutto, and a small handful of arugula.
