Raspberry Croissant by Chef Pierre Raberin
Ingredients
- L’Ami Pierre croissant, halved
- Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager double cream cow’s milk
- Raspberry jam
- Fresh raspberries
Directions
On a clean work surface, generously spread Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager on both sides of croissant. Top with desired amount raspberry jam and fresh raspberries. Close and serve.
