Ingredients

  • L’Ami Pierre croissant, halved
  • Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager double cream cow’s milk
  • Raspberry jam
  • Fresh raspberries

Directions

On a clean work surface, generously spread Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager on both sides of croissant. Top with desired amount raspberry jam and fresh raspberries. Close and serve.
