Chorizo and Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager Madeleines

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  2. Finely dice the cheese and chorizo sausage.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt together in a bowl.
  4. Add the Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager​ cheese and chorizo sausage using a spatula.
  5. Pour the batter into mini-madeleine moulds, to ¾ height, then bake the madeleines in the oven for around 5 minutes (or until they start to turn golden brown).
  6. Remove from moulds and serve warm as an appetizer.
