Steak and Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager Crostinis

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of French baguette
- 1 block of Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager cheese
- 1 sirloin steak
- Olive oil
- 1 tomato
- Balsamic glaze
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Slice the baguette into 1/4 inch slices. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Season steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook in a nonstick pan on medium-high heat about 3-4 minutes each side or until desired internal temp (this came out medium at 135-140°F). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing thin.
- Remove the Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager cheese from the package and spread a nice even layer on each slice of baguette.
- Add a thin slice of tomato freshly salted, then the slice of steak, drizzle some balsamic glaze, and garnish with parsley and serve!
