Steak and Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager Crostinis

  1. Slice the baguette into 1/4 inch slices. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Season steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook in a nonstick pan on medium-high heat about 3-4 minutes each side or until desired internal temp (this came out medium at 135-140°F). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing thin.
  3. Remove the Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager cheese from the package and spread a nice even layer on each slice of baguette.
  4. Add a thin slice of tomato freshly salted, then the slice of steak, drizzle some balsamic glaze, and garnish with parsley and serve!
