Our story began in the 80’s in France as Mr. Guilloteau created the first of his many cheeses – the Pavé d’Affinois. A number of people would soon embark on Mr. Guilloteau’s journey!

"I applied for the role of finance director at the dairy back in 1987 and I do remember the HRS being pretty concerned about me not particularly enjoying cheese back then... Mr. Guilloteau didn't seem to mind though- he probably had some secret plans to convert me to his cheeses... And his magic worked! Now I am a big cheese fan, especially of Fromager d'Affinois Brebicet, Blue and with Black Truffles!"

"I joined the dairy in January 1987 and first worked as a team manager on the cheese making lines. I was lucky enough to soon be promoted to a determining role – I ensure our unique approach to cheese-making remains the same, that of Mr. Guilloteau, and that our extensive know-how is passed onto younger cheesemakers joining the team. Together, we mechanically filter the milk to only keep the best it has to offer, making for the creamiest cheeses."

"My story with Fromagerie Guilloteau started in 2013, as I joined the QA team. I then wanted to go in a new direction with my career and became the director of the plant! Together with my team, I optimize our cheese-making methods so our land and people are kept safe while we keep on delivering the most consistently delicious cheeses, all thanks to our inherited expertise! It is a thrilling job."
