Bacon, prune roulades

  • 8 Minis d’Affinois
  • 4 prunes 
  • 16 small slices of bacon
  • 16 slices of basil leaves 
  • 320g of  rocket 
  • 8 chives 
  • 15cl of olive oil 
  • 3cl of balsamic vinegar 
  • Salt/pepper 


  1. Slice the prunes and the Minis d’Affinois in half and place half a prune inside each half of cheese, then seal. 
  2. Lay two slices of bacon on top of each other to form a cross and place the Minis d’Affinois in the centre. 
  3. Wrap the cheese in the bacon rashers then place in a hot pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown. 
  4. Finely chop the chives. 
  5. Wash the rocket and arrange on serving plates. 
  6. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt/pepper. 
  7. Place a mini roulade onto each plate and garnish with the chives.
