Sourdough Tartine

  • Fromager d’Affinois Le Campagnier and Buche d’Affinois lien vers page our cheese/Fromager d’Affinois Le Campagnier et Buche d’Affinois
  • Sourdough bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Honey
  • Fresh figs, sliced
  • Thyme
  • Walnuts
  • Turkish apricots, sliced
  • Pepitas
  • Black pepper


  1. Brush slices of sourdough generously with olive oil on both sides, then repeat with honey.
  2. Fry on a griddle pan on medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side until golden.
  3.  Then top each with a thick slice of Le Campagnier and Buche d’Affinois. 
  4. To finish the Le Campagnier tartine, add freshly sliced figs, thyme and walnuts and to finish the Buche d’Affinois, add sliced turkish apricots, pepitas and black pepper.
