Summer cheese board
- 1 Fromager d’Affinois Blue
- 1 salami
- 6 young endive leaves
- 1 farmhouse loaf
- A few bunches of grapes
- Summer berries: blueberries, raspberries, etc.
- Take the Fromager d’Affinois Bleu out of the fridge 1h before serving so you can enjoy its full flavor.
- Slice the farmhouse loaf and the salami and arrange them on the cheese board.
- Put a mouthful of the Blue Fromager d’Affinois on each endive leaf along with a piece of walnut, a grape, a blueberry or raspberry.
